not sure what to feel about the location as CH on its own is quite a journey from anywhere 😅 there are some mainstream eateries (starbucks, old town etc) though, walking distance from the hotel. think you need a bike/car to travel around to their attractions like strawberry/tea farms, ATV rides etc. cleanliness was acceptable, though there is a musty smell in the shower room. probably bcs of the cold environment and lack of air ventilation. otherwise, it was overall okay. we loved the coldness of CH & hotel’s wide spread of bfast. they were all delicious!

Overall this Hotel design was nice and the room was spacious. Walkable to the night market and food shop. But the shampoo and shower gel just provide one set which is not enough use for two people. This could be improved. The gym room design is quite small but the overall equipment was nice. Swimming pool simple design and surrounded by forest.

A relatively new and modern hotel compared to other options in Cameron Highlands. Located in the middle of Tanah Rata, it offers great convenience via walking distance to most shops and eateries. A covered walkway is provided just a few steps from the main lobby but take note it's on a steep slope. For those driving, a free covered parking is provided as well. The king size room is spacious enough for a couple. Balcony is also huge, offering a great view of the town and the mountains in the background. However a small outdoor table and couple of chairs would've been perfect here. We are happy with the room on initial impression since everything looks new and clean. However upon more detailed inspection it seems the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned. There's several dark mold spot and leftover foam spots on the walls and shower screen. There's also a weird odour (like damp) lingering in the shower area. It seems the provided ventilation is not sufficient, since I only noticed an extraction fan at the toilet bowl area but not the shower area (They are separated). I was also planning to use the kettle on the 2nd day but was shocked to see some rust forming in the spout. Considering this hotel is quite new, the maintanence and upkeeping is a bit concerning. It would be a bit of a shame if no improvement was done considering this hotel is in a great location and it offers a modern interior compared to other options within the area. Service by the staffs are great. No complaints here. There's also in room dining service provided but we didn't bother since it's too overpriced for simple local dishes or even a bottle water (RM11 for a 500ml bottle of water!). We would just walk to the town for cheaper and better options. In the end, I would still consider this hotel for my next stay in Cameron Highlands since it offers a modern interior and convenient location. However the clealiness and detailed upkeeping needs to be improved.

The hotel is new and as such is clean and very spacious. The location is good and accessible. The rooms are large and modern in comparison to other places in Cameron highlands. It had a nice view from the balcony. Things that could be improved: more international channels on the tv, a hair dryer in the room (had to request from hotel) Overall a nice modern spacious and clean hotel in Cameron highlands to stay in.

Room is spacious and located in the town centre within walking distance to local eateries, pharmacy, cafès, etc. The only thing that i feel can be improved is to provide more drinking water for free (i asked for more but it costs RM5 for 1 bottle) and breakfast spread is nothing much..TV had problem but they came to fix it.. hotel has plenty of parking spaces, checkin and checkout were smooth.

We had a wonderful stay at Zenith Hotel Cameron Highlands. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for our family. My kids especially loved the pool, which was well-maintained and fun to splash around in. One of the highlights was the breakfast service. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely come back again!

Smooth check in, arrived at 2pm and can immediately check in.my room was just in front of the pool but the water was very cool,I thought it stated it got heated water but not. So my kids don't go swimming there but luckily got a bathtub so they just soak there. The king size bed is quite big but I add on an extra bed also. Btw we're 2 adults and 2 kids age 7 n 5 can also fit a king size bed. We got a horror story then, at 11pm when we were talking suddenly the tv turned on itself,it happened 3 times after we turned off then it got turned on again. At last my husband cabut the plug 🤣. What is that haa???? For breakfast they don't have many variants of food ,we want to eat more but don't know what to eat.. the price is quite expensive and I feel it's not worth it. Overall I think this hotel is overpriced given that this is a 5 star hotel we expected more but not really worth it. That's all, I hope the zenith hotel can improve to be better.

I'm very disappointed with the room. It was unclean and smelled bad. And found those in the picture
